History
Our family business first started out in Kern County as an oilfield maintenance company, B & R Oil. As the economy turned, we moved into the rental equipment business in the 1980’s. That business became Rosedale Equipment Rental, which we ran until we sold the business in 1999.
After spending a few years focusing on other projects, we opened a new rental equipment company under the name GCI Equipment Rental in 2009. We then opened a second location on Union Ave. in 2010. In 2014, GCI outgrew our original Rosedale location and moved to our current location on Rosedale just West of Mohawk.
